Prayer of Humble Repentance and a Clean Heart

Holy God, I have fallen short of Your glory again. I don't want to make excuses or minimize my sin; I acknowledge it before You. Wash me clean by the precious blood of Jesus. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Break the cycle of habits that pull me away from You, and restore the joy of Your salvation. Amen.
