Morning Prayer for Quiet Strength and Focus

Father in heaven, before the noise of the day rushes in, I stop to breathe and give You this morning. I don't know everything today will bring — what will test my patience, what will try to worry me, or where I will feel tired. But I know You are already in this day. Grant me a steady heart, quiet courage, and words that bring peace to whoever crosses my path. Teach me to walk patiently, not frantically. In Jesus' name, Amen.
