Prayer During an Anxiety Attack and Racing Heart

Lord Jesus, my chest feels tight and my heart is beating fast. Panic is telling me that disaster is coming. But You are the Prince of Peace who rebuked the violent wind and the stormy sea with three words: 'Peace, be still.' Speak those words over my nervous system right now. Lower my heart rate. Anchor my thoughts in reality. Guard my heart and mind with Your supernatural calm. Amen.
